Aim and Game FAQ
1. Parties and Events
Party Timelines: Parties are scheduled for 1.5 hours, but we recommend planning for a total of two hours, allowing extra time to enjoy the facility afterward. Please arrive ten minutes early.
Booking Hours: Parties can be booked any time from 10 AM to 10 PM on weekends and weekdays.
Mini and Adult Parties: Mini-parties and adult social outings are coming soon.
Food Policy:Â You can bring cupcakes Ice-cream and cake at no extra charge, but if you plan on bringing more we ask that you pay a $25 BYO food fee.
Paintball: Expected to launch next year. Pending approval.Â
Waivers: Required for entry.
Drop-in Policy: Drop-ins are welcome during open hours. Party reservations are only needed for booked events but can be made same-day.
2. Activities and Games
Dodgeball Room: Free access with party bookings. Possibly changing to more arcade space soon.Â
Arcades:
- Retro Arcade: $10 flat fee for unlimited play.
- Premium Arcade: Pay-per-play with a redemption counter.
Nerf and Axe Throwing Ages: Recommended age 8+ for Nerf; for axe throwing, 10+ Years of Age.
Xbox Games: All consoles have Xbox Game Pass, offering popular titles like Fortnite, Halo, and Gears of War and more!Â
Additional Activities: Extra activities can be added to parties for a $100 fee, allowing an additional 30-40 minutes. This does not add onto the party room time but does add a session for your party to enjoy.Â
Gel Blasters: Water-based, do not stain or leave marks.
Nerf Clean-Up: We handle all Nerf clean-up.
3. Facility and Accessibility
Gaming Lounge Accessibility: The upstairs lounge is not ADA accessible, but the downstairs gaming area, axe throwing, downstairs party room, nerf, and dodgeball areas are ADA accessible.
Consignment and Donations: Coming soon, but donations are welcome now.
4. Food and Drink
Food and Drink Options: Snacks, drinks, and adult beverages (tap, canned, and bottled) are available. Westside Pizza can be ordered for $20 per Large Pizza.
Alcohol Policy: No shots or well drinks; family-friendly options only.
Breastfeeding: No designated area, but accommodations can be made as needed.
5. Rules and Policies
Firearms: Not allowed on premises.
Service Animals: Only legitimate service animals permitted.
Prize Sales: Coming soon.
6. Ticketing and Payment
Ticket/Credit Value: Coming soon.
Payment Methods: We accept tap to pay, credit cards, cash, and coins.
7. Special Events and Schedules
Smash Bros. Tournaments: Schedule to be announced.
Re-ball:Â Possible Availability to be announced.
8. Board Games and Tabletop Options
Board Games: Free with any activity purchase.
Magic the Gathering and D&D: Coming soon. Now Stocking MTG and Pokemon Cards.
9. Bring Your Own Gear
Personal Equipment: You’re welcome to bring your own Nerf and gel blasters.
